Dipty is an amazing person who is very good at her job. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and get exactly what they want. For me it was almost godsend. I just did my hardwood flooring and refinished my cabinets. At first, I got hardwood by myself and didn’t think about properties like wood grain, color, hardness etc. My wife reached out to Dipty for her advice. Dipty came next day to see our place, look at the lighting and helped us avoid a big mistake. We had bought wood which was too dark for our home. Dipty not only advised us on different types of wood and what would best suit our home but next day she came with us all the way to the place where we got our wood from (which is about 30 miles away) to help us choose the wood. Now that’s what I call commitment to her clients. I was blown away. During the installation, she made sure the wood got installed with right orientation. She was present during the whole process. Her attention to detail and perfectionist attitude ensured that every tiny detail was taken care of.

While she listens to her clients very patiently, she is fearless in expressing her contrarian opinion as and when necessary. We engaged Ms Dipty Parikh of PSK InDesign to renovate our condo in Santa Clara and we are delighted with the whole experience of design, selections, installs and now the final results. We live in NJ and we bought a condo in Santa Clara as a second home. We were looking for an interior designer who can take our condo as a turnkey project and coordinate the entire renovation, with a limited amount of online inputs from us. We found Dipty thru Home Advisor and she was god send to us. She took time to understand our needs, our likes and dislikes, our budgetary requirements, our timeline, our quality expectations etc & came up with various design options. We changed flooring everywhere, We did lots of electrical work, We changed all appliances. We got the unit painted. We bought all new furniture. She furnished the entire unit. We basically upgraded the entire unit. She coordinated with HOA. She kept us posted pretty much on a daily basis. She coordinated with all contractors. She coordinated purchases with numerous suppliers. She dealt with surprises (e.g. wrong deliveries by suppliers etc.). We felt a huge peace of mind sitting in NJ that Dipty was always on top of things. And, she completed the project within 2 weeks of her first estimated date, which was well within our timeline needs. We just moved into our condo and we are absolutely delighted with the end results. And, interestingly, we met Dipty for the first time last week also! We did everything stated above over phone, emails, FaceTime, online purchases & returns etc. And that too without ever meeting Dipty in person. We recently bought a new home and were looking for help in decorating our home. One of our family friends who had recently upgraded their home referred Dipty to us. Right from our first meeting we knew Dipty was the help we needed. Her ability to understand our needs and wishes and translate them to practical and beautiful ideas and solutions is her biggest asset. Dipty was a great help in selecting paint colors for the interior of our house. She narrowed it down immediately and in a little over an hour I had my interior color and accent wall color. We found Dipty on Amazon and started working with her for our living and Family room redecorating. She is professional, helpful and has a good eye for design. Being a single guy and a first time home owner I found myself aesthetically challenged on how i should fit-out my place. I love a great looking house having seen my friends and family's and was trying to get that same homely feel to my otherwise bare house. I was spending considerable amount of time iterating what may look good (literally bringing in furniture / accessories including multiple rugs and curtains). It was getting way too time consuming, and wasnt working out despite my efforts. That's when Dipty came to my rescue! Honestly I wish I had met her sooner!!! It would have eased my move even further.
